Meet the Family Behind Geek Chaos

We are a husband-and-wife team building the vending company we always wished existed—smarter technology, better snacks, more personality, and a lot less boring.

As parents, gamers, builders, and lifelong idea people, we wanted to create something our family could grow together: a local business that makes everyday spaces more convenient while adding a little fun and discovery along the way.

“Why are so many vending machines still offering the same experience they offered twenty years ago?”

That question became the beginning of Geek Chaos.
Our Story

From One Idea to A Family Vision

Geek Chaos started with a simple belief: convenient does not have to mean predictable.

01
The Question

Why Does Vending Feel Stuck?

We kept seeing machines filled with the same safe products, limited payment options, and little thought given to the people actually using them.

02
The Research

There Had to Be a Smarter Way

We explored connected machines, AI-assisted shopping, remote inventory visibility, cashless payments, and flexible retail-style vending that could support more interesting products.

03
The Snacks

Then We Added Our Own Chaos

Geek Chaos Snacks grew from our desire to offer something customers could not find in every other machine—fun freeze-dried goodies, rotating ideas, and limited creations.

04
The Vision

Build Something Our Family Is Proud Of

Today, we are combining technology, creativity, local service, and a genuine love of building new things into one growing family business.

The People Behind the Machines

Two Different Strengths. One Shared Vision.

Technology & Operations

Morgan

Morgan leads the technical and operational side of Geek Chaos. From researching equipment and planning installations to maintaining machines and solving the behind-the-scenes challenges, he focuses on making every location run reliably.

He is happiest when he is learning new technology, fixing a difficult problem, working with his hands, gaming, or turning another ambitious idea into something real.

“The best technology is the kind that makes the experience feel simple.”
Deborah of Geek Chaos Vending
Customer Experience & Innovation

Deborah

Deborah leads the brand, product experience, and creative direction. She focuses on what customers will actually enjoy—from the mix inside each machine to Geek Chaos Snacks, mystery boxes, seasonal ideas, and the overall experience surrounding the brand.

With a background in technology and customer systems, she is always thinking about how to make the experience smarter, more personal, and more responsive to what people request.

“A vending machine should not just dispense something. It should make people curious about what they will find next.”
What Guides Us

The Values Behind Geek Chaos

INNOVATE

Useful Technology

We use smart technology because it improves service, availability, convenience, and the customer experience—not simply because it sounds impressive.

LISTEN

People Shape the Selection

Every location serves different people. Their requests, preferences, and purchasing habits should influence what appears inside the machine.

DISCOVER

Keep the Classics. Add Surprise.

Familiar products matter, but so do new flavors, premium finds, rotating products, freeze-dried goodies, and items customers may not discover anywhere else.

ENJOY

Make It Fun

Mystery boxes, seasonal surprises, customer-voted products, and limited releases turn an ordinary vending stop into something people can genuinely enjoy.

A Different Kind of Vendor

Local Decisions. More Personality.

We are not interested in filling every machine with an identical corporate planogram. We want each location to feel thoughtfully stocked for the people who use it.

Traditional Approach
  • The same products at every location
  • Slow or infrequent assortment changes
  • Decisions made far from the customer
  • Limited room for experimentation
  • A machine that becomes easy to ignore
VS
The Geek Chaos Approach
  • A mix tailored to each location
  • Customer requests and rotating products
  • Local, family-owned decision-making
  • Geek Chaos Snacks and unique finds
  • A reason to see what is new
